On June 2nd, 2021 Solid State Networks will be migrating from our existing Customer Support Portal and Knowledge Base to a new system.
During the migration we will be redirecting the existing support URL to the new one.
If you are an active Customer Support Portal user, you will be receiving an invite to the new system in the next couple of weeks, well before we completely switch over.
